Delivery Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Delivery is free on all orders. We will do our utmost to deliver your order within 48 hours from<\/p>\n

receipt of your order and your payment, subject to the following.<\/p>\n

a. Availability, you will be advised if John Russell Menswear is out of stock and when you may<\/p>\n

expect delivery.<\/p>\n

b. Conditions beyond our control ie. Weather etc<\/p>\n

New Zealand delivery only. Orders can be made from overseas but can only be delivered within New Zealand.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation, Refund and Return Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/p>\n

Orders may be cancelled at any time. If payment has occurred before cancellation then a full refund<\/p>\n

will be given. Refunds will be made back to the credit card on which the purchase was made.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/p>\n

An order can only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in original<\/p>\n

condition in order to be returned.<\/p>\n

Damaged, worn or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded.<\/p>\n

If a fault should appear after a garment has been worn please launder before return.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs of returning an item will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case<\/p>\n

please call us to arrange free postage.<\/p>\n

If an item is being exchanged for a different garment size then the postage costs of returning the<\/p>\n

item will be at your own expense.<\/p>\n

To return your order it must be accompanied by a copy of the original order or invoice and sent to:<\/p>\n
